ENERTEC BATTERIES (PTY) LTD warrants its products against defects in manufacturing and materials from the date of purchase by the end user.

NOTE: No warranty will be honored if the battery has been in stock with the distributor/dealer for more than 6 months.

Any claim under this warranty must be lodged immediately upon the purchaser becoming aware of the defect.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser or an authorised reseller of the product and is non-transferable to any subsequent owner or purchaser.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered. No employee, reseller, or other representative is authorised to amend or extend this warranty or make any additional warranties on behalf of ENERTEC BATTERIES (PTY) LTD.

This warranty does not cover:

- Products used in incorrect applications.

- Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorised persons.

- Transport costs, incidental or consequential damages, personal loss, or damages arising from hidden defects.

Warranty Coverage

- The warranty covers either the repair of the defective product or its replacement with an equivalent new product.

- Before validating the warranty, ENERTEC BATTERIES (PTY) LTD or your authorised original supplier (place of purchase) will inspect and test the product in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard testing procedures.

- A valid claim will only be considered if the original proof of purchase is submitted.

- The warranty period begins on the date of the original purchase.

Replacement Warranty Period

- If a product is replaced under warranty, the replacement product will only carry the remaining warranty period from the original purchase date of the first product.

Example: If the warranty is 12 months and the product fails after 6 months, the replacement will have a warranty of 6 months — making the total coverage period 12 months from the original purchase date.
